Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive your order through our courier partner.

Delivery Time

Orders are generally delivered within 5–7 working days after processing, depending on the delivery location and courier operations.

Please note that delivery times may vary slightly due to unforeseen circumstances, public holidays, weather conditions, or other courier-related delays.

Courier Partner

We ship orders through Leopards Courier to ensure reliable delivery across Pakistan.

Delivery Areas

We currently offer delivery all across Pakistan, including major cities and other serviceable areas covered by our courier partner.

Shipping Charges

A fixed shipping charge of PKR 250 will be applicable to every order. The shipping fee will not be calculated later and will be clearly included in your order total at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details may be shared with you so you can monitor the status of your shipment through our courier partner.

Important Delivery Information

Please make sure that your name, complete delivery address, phone number, and other required information are correct when placing your order. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delivery delays.

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier may contact you to arrange another delivery attempt.

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Rahi cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including courier delays, adverse weather, public holidays, strikes, or incorrect/incomplete customer information.
